Home Improvements is a opportunity to have a consultation in your home with fully qualified RIAI architects.
The Home Improvement process starts with an initial visit that will last about 3 to 4 hours depending on the size of your project. After the opening discussion to establish your requirements, your architect will produce sketch design options, working with you around your kitchen table.
This collaborative process aims to give you an agreed proposal by the end of the visit. These sketch drawings can form the basis of early discussions with planners, neighbours and even builders.
COST
Costs are transparent and all inclusive to €100/hr. incl. VAT.
After the initial visit and brainstorming the potential of your home will be clearer.
FURTHER SERVICES
At the end of your initial visit, your architect will discuss the next steps with you, selected from the services menu and in each case we will give you an idea of the likely costs/hours involved. These will then be confirmed and sent to you in an itemised list of costed services for you to consider and choose from.
